Employee restored my faith in free press

To The Editor: Have you every tried to reach the Times-News?
My advice is don't. Two hours and not one human voice. How I got Mr. Brooks (Jon Brooks, the Times-News IT director), I'll never know, but he restored my faith in the free press.
As for the New York Times, I can't say.
God help those yet to come. They will never know how good it was.
